Lloyd Has worked at London Academy on a supply basis for the past twelve months.

He has been employed as a member of the language and Learning Development Team and has worked within our Learning Support Unit with students who have extreme social, emotional and behavioural need. Lloyd has exceeded expectations when working for us and I a, very happy to provide this testimonial.

London Academy has a seven form intake (210 students per year group) and there are more boys (60%) than girls (40%) in the School. 43% of the students are on the record of Concern Register and 44 students have statements of special educational needs. 37% of students are entitled to free School meals. 34% of students have English as an additional Language.

Lloyd has built good relationships with all his students and they have made excellent progress in meeting their behaviour targets.

Lloyd is well liked and respected by all his colleagues. He has been professional, discreet, reliable and punctual; his attendance is exemplary and his personal presentation is always excellent.
